HR Generalist Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and professional human resource (HR) generalist to join our team and manage all human resource procedures. The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through our company’s guidelines and managing processes.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Organize and maintain personnel records, documents, and database (hiring docs, employment contracts, leave, and payroll management).
  • Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
  • Create policy and procedures and ensure the employees are aware of and apply the internal bylaw.
  • HR investigations and complaints.
  • Handling employee appraisals and performance reviews, and performing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
  • Responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff members on the internal bylaw.
  • Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
  • Manage health and life insurance programs.
  • Design and implement effective training and development plans for the team members.
  • Track department budgets.
  • Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
  • Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
